Website rebuild and social media strategy for Elemental Intuition

Elemental Intuition is an online therapy business based in Massachusetts. They specialise in helping people with areas such as anxiety, trauma recovery, depression and the LGBTQQIA community. I started working with the brand to rebuild its website to make it more user-friendly and on-brand. My ongoing work includes website management and creating content for Facebook.

A user-friendly well branded website is your first impression to potential customers

Designing user-friendly websites and making a good first impression on your potential customers is key.

When I first started working with Elemental Intuition I began by working with Lindsay to find out exactly what impression she wanted to make with her business’s website. I asked questions about their ideal client, the desired look and feel, and the key information that needed to be highlighted.

I then began to rebuild the website to fit the client’s brief using the brand’s colours and identity to create the new website.

Every business should have a social media presence!

When I started working with Elemental Intuition they had a Facebook page but otherwise no social media presence.

Working with Lindsay I created a social media strategy and a content calendar to create a consistent posting schedule for Elemental’s Facebook page. This is part of my ongoing work with Elemental and includes two branded social media posts per week, including captions, hashtags and scheduling.
